Rotary drilling rig is a construction machinery suitable for drilling operations in building foundation engineering. This type of drilling rig generally adopts hydraulic track type telescopic chassis, self elevating foldable drilling mast, telescopic drill rod, with automatic verticality detection and adjustment, hole depth digital display, etc. The whole machine operation is generally controlled by hydraulic pilot and load sensing, and has the characteristics of easy operation and comfort. The main and auxiliary winches are suitable for various situations on construction sites. (2) Large buildings, load-bearing structural piles for ports and docks;
(3) Elevated bridge piers within the city;
(4) Other applicable piles. The market workload coverage ratio of medium-sized computers has reached over 90%.
mainframe
Torque 240kN · m, engine power 300kW, drilling diameter 1-2.5m, drilling depth 80m. The total weight of the drilling rig is over 100t. Market positioning of mainframe applications:
(1) Extra large bridge piles for various highways and railway bridges;
(2) Special structural load-bearing foundation piles for other large buildings. The market workload coverage of mainframes exceeds 10%.
